HOW DOES IT WORK?
There is NO obligation to look at your items. We always provide FREE consultations.
We have many options:
– We can do an estate sale at your home or property.
– When available, we can make arrangements to move items to our warehouse and sell in our store.
– After assessing everything available, we can offer you an outright buyout of all items.
– If we are not the right place to sell your items, we’ll give you suggestions.
SET-UP AND PRICING (ESTATE SALE)
– We work quickly to go through all your items, set-up for pricing and selling.
– We will price items at fair market value, what we feel is best for our market to liquidate ASAP. Remember, this is “re-sale not retail”.
– All unsold items can remain with you after the sale or we can make arrangements to donate items for you.
MOVING ITEMS TO OUR STORE
– If items need to be moved, we can provide you with names of reputable movers to help you coordinate moving items to our warehouse.
HOW WE GET PAID.
– We work on commission. Percentages vary, depending on items, quantity, etc.
– If we do a cash buy-out, keep in mind, we have to make money in order for it to be a deal for both of us!
TIPS
– DON’T THROW AWAY ANYTHING! Let us go through everything. You never know what small unassuming item could be a hidden treasure!
